The outfits... The workers... The first "upright" shots

Before the people arrive they must prepare the sign-up table and some food!
(And maybe I forgot to mention over a thousand "man-hours" of planning).
Also the countless hours of phone calls to people in seven other states!
The trucks and trailers that hauled in the bleachers, barrels, and such...

I could go on and on about this for an hour or so, but who really cares?
(Only the people who did it, and those who will miss it when it is gone).

Many said this was the last year they are able to do this event... What a shame!
(I have attended over 20 rendezvous events like it in 5 states... this one is the best).

Jim will work until he drops if the fire Dept. will not come! (And we all eat more dirt).
Now, if keith's horses were gone... others may bring more wagons!
But nobody could truly replace Reggie...
So, let the bickering begin?

Remember... at "Cowboy church" what the sermon was about? (All you people and your stuff)!
I often still wonder what Lena is saying about all this... As she looks down on us from above?
Say what you want about me, I am already dead. Pam is close, so is Johnny... but they are still trying!
What about you... What do you want out of this? (Do you really need more stuff:-)
