I have printed some things in a few of these pages that I promised I would not tell about until those who told me were dead, and some of them are not.

And later on in this story you will read of many illegal things that have happened here in the last few years that will get me killed, if the Indians don’t get me first!

I had talked to the original owners of Blackhills.com in the early ‘90’s about this and they said to keep working on it, and get pictures and video to back it up. But all agreed that the time was not right, often the phrase "not enough people have died" came up. In ’97 I began to work on it full time, often putting in 15 hour days. I began to live off of my wife’s wages and lost the respect of many, even in my own family. The web operators didn’t give up on me though, I was given computers, software, cameras, and advise on how to proceed. I told everyone I made a living doing web pages, many believed it. I do have a few thousand pictures and a few hundred web pages online. But you will notice one thing different about my work… There are no copyrights on the pictures, no block on the videos, (most are even in the QuickTime format so you can make your own movies out of them). You will never find an ad or a pop-up on any pages and I have never asked anyone to pay for any work I did for them, (even on the pages done just for them). But if you talk with any of those people you will find I did spend a great deal of time asking them about history. And I did well, especially documenting the second gold rush, and fairly well on the history of the first one. I had over 20 years of my life invested at this time and about 10 or 15 more years to go.

Then something bad happened.

We discovered my wife of thirty years had cancer.

And it had grown undetected for years, then ignored afterwards, for way too long.

History says cases like this one run 2 to 5 years, and there is no cure for "Clark Level five," or stage four Melanoma!

We are now in our third year, she has "gone under the knife" five times, and although she had some insurance, we are almost broke. The next one will do it in fact, and she claims she will not go through with that one! She has even refused to get another Cat-scan...

Soon I will have to go back to work, and will not have time to properly finish this…

I also do not really want to live without her, and serving this up to the net may help me on that! When you read this, or more importantly, when you read the date at the bottom of the pages. You will know that was when our time ran out. After a while some of the links going back to my old pages will just show up "not found." This will tell you my boss has stopped serving them due to lack of interest, and hits, to those pages. (This is a common practice we have done in the past, and continue to do at times, mostly due to the cost of server space). Which is something else different about my web pages, I have never paid BlackHills.com anything but time, for all those years of serving. (Even back in the ‘90’s when it was expensive). That is why my allegiance is so strong towards the original servers of all web pages coming out of this area… Long before anyone else served anything to the net from the Black Hills… they were there. And they will always be there! I will be there for them too, as long as I last. A partner is no longer around, he went to work for an outside source, but we keep in touch and still have a plan. He is an expert at "remote serving" sensitive things like web pages such as these. He knows how to double serve the pages from locations in foreign lands where the cops and mafia have no control. When you see the pages begin to do an automatic bounce, (you hit a page and it reads, "this has been moved…" then it quickly comes up under another heading at the top), you will know the wicked people are trying to take me off the air.

But that is the miracle of this thing called the internet, it is the freedom of the press in it’s final stages. It will one day rule the world in a way, and at that time Bill Gates will probably be labeled as the third anti-Christ or something. Whatever… no concern of mine, all I want is for the truth to finally come out about my small place in this world.

These people have done nothing... And cannot change me, leave them alone!
